Welcome the ThePhantom Designs website and hope you find everything you need.  I will start off by giving my general information, my name is Chris Mullins and I reside in the small town of Robinson, IL. I have lived in this area for most of my life, but I also lived in Atlanta, GA for 7 years.  In that time in Georgia I worked for ALLTEL Communications, Inc.  I held several positions in my time at ALLTEL, but the latest was a Service Technician.  I love working in the technical field and I am currently enrolled in college to further my education for the tech field.  I am working on my “Microcomputer Support Specialist” or “MSS” degree.  In short, fixing, repairing, or installing PC’s.

One of my hobbies over the last 6 or so years has been creating graphic art.  I have helped design websites, forums, and many other applications.  So, feel free to stop by the forum and put in a request and I will be happy to help you with any of your graphic needs.
